Moore water tech Andrew came and serviced my system and did an amazing job. He's friendly, informative and even informed me of a few leaks i was unaware about. I would have given 5 stars but i think the helper he had with him left a bucket of trash behind and it was behind my truck so when i left to get my kids from school i reversed over it and thought i hit someone!! 😂 but services was great!!

Set up a service call. Kind of a pain to line up an appointment time to match their once every two weeks visit on a Wednesday with my schedule to be home. So a month goes by with a system in bypass. Then Andrew shows up today with a great attitude and very informative, letting me know all the details does a quick check of all the systems and gets me a quote. Very professional technician that is knowledgeable in his line of work. This service is what keeps me coming back but dang waiting a month is frustrating.

We had a small issue with our water system. Andrew came out within a few hours and had us fixed up quickly. The work was under warranty, so there was no charge. Andrew was very nice and even checked the water while he was there! 5 stars!
